Lead the development of high power/high voltage products, manage engineering teams, and collaborate on product strategies focusing on Solar, PSU, and Automotive markets.

Manage and improve supplier assembly quality by investigating failures, driving corrective actions, conducting audits and performance ratings, monitoring yields/SPC, coordinating with FA engineers, and qualifying new suppliers/materials/processes to ensure timely delivery and reliable products.
