Provide on-site technical support for PCs, networks, servers, portable devices and peripherals in a predominantly Microsoft Windows environment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN equipment, printers, VPNs, Active Directory and multicast/TCP-IP issues. Work 8-hour shifts as part of 24x7 rotational coverage supporting airport IT systems.
