Provides technical assistance in a 24x7 airport call center environment. Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, networks, servers, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and communications systems. Performs diagnostics, repairs, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support involving LANs, switches, VPNs, Active Directory, TCP/IP, and Microsoft applications. The role requires on-site rotational shift work, overnight availability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
