Lead development, integration, and execution of spacecraft mission operations across the lifecycle. Coordinate cross‑team activities, define and validate operational constraints, develop procedures and flight rules, perform risk assessments, support real‑time command sequencing and rehearsals, maintain mission readiness, and mentor junior operators to improve operational capability.

The Staff FPGA/Firmware Engineer will oversee the design and verification of FPGA/SOC systems and develop HDL and embedded firmware for custom hardware.
