This role involves providing customer support for desktop and laptop repair, troubleshooting, and ensuring service satisfaction by adhering to established guidelines and policies.

The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides repair and troubleshooting for client PCs, delivers customer service, and maintains equipment inventory.

Provide on-site support and repair for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, meet service level agreements, report activity, manage parts and inventory, and perform occasional long-distance or overnight service assignments.

Provide on-site customer support for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software, complete service calls and reporting per SLAs, manage parts and assets, drive to client sites including occasional overnight travel, and follow safety and OEM certification requirements.

Provide on-site customer support for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues, complete service calls and real-time reporting within SLAs, manage parts and assets, perform lifts/moves of equipment, and follow safety and OEM certification requirements.
