Provide on-site customer support, troubleshoot and repair desktops/laptops, manage service calls within SLAs, report activity, control assets/inventory, and follow safety and client policies.

Provide on-site PC and laptop repair and troubleshooting, respond to service calls within SLAs, perform asset control, complete administrative and real-time reporting, follow safety and client policies, and handle occasional long-distance or overnight assignments.
