Provide technical support for clients by troubleshooting desktops and laptops, ensuring service level agreements are met, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site customer support for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, complete service calls and reporting within SLAs, manage parts and assets, and follow safety and client policies.
