Lead multidisciplinary aerospace programs to deliver satellite systems on schedule and budget. Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, and support business development and capture activities.

Own structures, thermal, solar, and payload accommodation; run analyses, tests (vibe, TVAC, EMI), design reviews, vendor management, and mentor/manage a small team while coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and customer engagements.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for internal Information Systems. Drive build-vs-buy decisions, translate operational needs into product specifications, coordinate integrations across ERP/PLM/MES and APIs, measure impact with KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale enterprise systems.

Lead exploration and development of novel EO/IR payload concepts, build simulations and radiometric models, define system requirements, perform feasibility and trade studies, support R&D proposals and demonstrations, and collaborate across product, applied science, mission systems, and business development to translate early-stage ideas into technical architectures and customer-facing capabilities.

Lead design, build, and operate government-facing production data pipelines that process Muon IR mission imagery and deliver to NRO/IC. Integrate Muon data platform with US Government and classified systems, own NITF formatting and metadata, ensure security/accreditation compliance, write production code, validate product quality, and coordinate across engineering, operations, and government stakeholders.

Lead Muon Space's end-to-end supply chain across Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management. Define operating models, KPIs, and cross-functional processes; manage risk, strategic sourcing, supplier development, and integration with design, production, finance, and mission teams to scale from prototype to volume satellite manufacturing.

Lead and grow a Software Platform team (currently six engineers) that builds and operates CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bazel, and AWS-backed platform services. Own hiring, roadmaps, reliability (SLOs), on-call and incident response, and developer-facing self-service (Golden Paths). Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive engineering best practices, prioritize platform work, and maintain clear ownership boundaries while scaling the team.
