Lead multidisciplinary aerospace programs to deliver satellite systems on schedule and budget. Coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, and support business development and capture activities.

Lead architecture, design, development, integration, and testing of flight and embedded software for satellites. Implement drivers, platform services, RTOS-based applications on ARM Cortex-M, integrate hardware, define standards, enable testing strategies, and mentor senior engineers.

Lead development of department-scale software test infrastructure, define testing policy and metrics, integrate Hardware-in-the-Loop and simulations into automated CI/CD testing, collaborate with hardware and simulation teams, mentor engineers, and improve test reporting and delivery velocity.

Design, develop, integrate, and test flight and firmware for satellite systems. Implement application, platform, and driver code for ARM Cortex-M embedded devices (bare-metal/RTOS), collaborate with hardware and software teams, select technologies, and develop hardware-in-the-loop test strategies through on-orbit operations.

Lead mission formulation and architecture: develop mission concepts from customer needs, perform mission-level analyses and top-level budgets, define requirements and design for spacecraft and RF/optical instruments, run engineering trade studies using code/tools, evaluate constellation configurations, and coordinate across disciplines.

Lead business development and capture for DoW/IC customers for Muon Space satellite constellations. Drive pipeline, customer engagement, proposal and RFI leadership, develop win themes and price-to-win, coordinate engineering/legal/finance, influence product roadmap, and secure awarded contracts. Requires travel and active Top Secret clearance.
