Administers identity integrations across Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, GCP, and Azure while partnering with IT, Security, and business teams on compliance and operational requirements.

Develop and support customer payload software integrations for spacecraft missions. Guide external partners through SDKs, interfaces, simulations, testing, commanding, telemetry, payload management, fault recovery, and data downlink. Lead technical exchanges, design reviews, and integration campaigns while serving as the software point of contact. Maintain developer documentation and sample applications, collaborate with flight and systems engineering, and track integration metrics, OKRs, roadmaps, and delivery risks.

Own documentation systems, procedures, work instructions, and knowledge bases for satellite testbeds and electrical ground support equipment. Own design, architecture, and scaling of automated test infrastructure for satellite avionics PCBA. Define validation strategy and test plans, design test racks and custom fixtures/PCBs, implement DFT/DFM with hardware teams, write and maintain Python test scripts, create rack self-test/maintenance, mentor junior engineers, and lead test infrastructure reviews.

Leads strategic capture, mission formulation, and advanced program execution for EO/IR and optical remote sensing opportunities. Develops mission concepts, technical proposals, feasibility studies, trade studies, and R&D roadmaps while translating customer needs into technical requirements. Collaborates with engineering, product management, business development, satellite operations, and mission architecture teams across government and commercial markets.

Lead stray light analysis and mitigation for multispectral infrared instruments using non-sequential ray tracing (FRED). Specify and validate custom optical coatings and filters, manage vendor technical delivery, develop R&D for coating/filter survivability, define metrology test plans, and partner with optical/mechanical teams to optimize baffles, finishes, and optomechanical layouts.

Lead cross-functional planning and execution for the IR Data Product team, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, releases, and resource planning for data processing pipelines. Coordinate software, hardware, science, and product teams; provide reporting, process improvements, and ensure delivery readiness in a hybrid San Jose environment.

Own the architecture and evolution of Muon Space’s reusable spacecraft bus across its mission portfolio. Lead cross-disciplinary trades involving mass, power, thermal, data, and cost; develop and flow down platform requirements; resolve subsystem interfaces; and guide design reviews.
