Own the end-to-end commercial capture process: lead customer discovery and lead generation, manage pipeline and deal qualification, collaborate with engineering and product to deliver integrated solutions, produce market sizing and customer insights, implement pricing frameworks, and ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.

Lead technical design, analysis, test, and manufacturing of spacecraft structures and components. Mentor engineers, define mechanical standards and roadmaps, optimize mass/cost/ manufacturability, manage vendors, and support prototype and production hardware through environmental testing and on-orbit programs.

Develop and maintain internal, mission-critical software and platforms to automate processes and reduce manual work. Own end-to-end delivery, contribute to systems architecture and technology selection, and assist integration of core systems (ERP, PLM, MES, Supply Chain) to streamline handoffs across teams.

Lead spacecraft mechanical design from requirements through launch integration: tailor platform components, design/build/test mission-specific hardware, produce SolidWorks assemblies and documentation, coordinate cross-functional engineering (structures, thermal, electrical), run analyses and environmental testing, manage vendors, and lead mechanical reviews and build procedures.

Lead customer-focused collection planning, deconflict schedules, and ensure timely data collection and delivery across missions. Develop scalable collection planning, monitoring, and reporting processes, perform capacity planning, onboard and train hires, coordinate prioritization with stakeholders, and ensure customer inquiries meet contractual SLAs.

Lead mission readiness and performance across the Mission Foundry lifecycle: define V&V campaigns, streamline AI&T workflows, analyze on-orbit telemetry, improve autonomy and fault management, feed performance data into design iterations, and support internal tooling roadmaps to scale spacecraft production and operations.
