Run GPU and server burn-in testing, diagnose failures across hardware components, manage out-of-band systems, apply firmware updates, and drive vendor RMAs. Communicate findings to customer engineers, create runbooks and diagnostic tools, document recurring issues, coordinate hardware remediation, support account health, and participate in on-call coverage.

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement a scalable virtualization platform for high-performance AI workloads, manage VM lifecycles, optimize virtualization for performance, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to long-term architecture.

Act as the top technical escalation for production AI/GPU workloads: debug kernel- and network-level issues, engage customers, build diagnostics and workarounds, drive post-incident RCA, and translate recurring incidents into product improvements and expanded runbooks.
