Manage post-sale B2B client relationships for a portfolio of property owners and managers. Serve as primary contact, coordinate onboarding, billing, field services, and success plans, monitor client health, lead touchpoints, and identify expansion opportunities.

Serve as the strategic, executive-level point of contact for top US accounts. Serve as primary post-sale contact for a portfolio of property management clients; manage onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Field Services, Billing), maintain success plans, monitor client health, run regular touchpoints, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate internally to resolve client issues and ensure retention.

Lead the BI team to develop production reporting, KPIs, dashboards and revenue assurance. Perform deep-dive analyses, ensure data integrity, partner with stakeholders, present monthly management insights, and implement controls to improve productivity, cost, and gross margin.
