Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions for legal technology applications. Work with senior engineers on model evaluation, fine-tuning, retrieval and reasoning improvements, troubleshooting, MLOps, documentation, and production-grade enterprise AI systems.

Maintains and improves customer-facing user guides and internal product documentation for Eudia’s legal intelligence platform. Translates complex workflows into clear guidance using screenshots, visual assets, and videos; keeps resources aligned with product releases; validates workflows with Product and Engineering; identifies information gaps; and helps maintain an organized, actionable engineering backlog in Linear.

Owns enterprise customer trials from kickoff through final decision, including environment setup, requirements gathering, training, issue triage, timeline management, and success criteria. Serves as the primary link between Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders, ensuring risks are escalated and trial outcomes support deal closure.

Serve as an embedded, forward-deployed lawyer for DoW customers, translating legal workflows into AI-powered solutions, multiplying legal throughput, advising senior government legal leadership, testing product capabilities in cleared environments, training teams, and shaping Eudia's government product roadmap.

Partner with customers to translate institutional knowledge into scalable AI-powered workflows and integrations. Build and deploy tailored solutions, support demos and user enablement, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to drive adoption and product improvements.

Lead product strategy for Eudia's AI application, focusing on user experience, workflow design, trust, and enterprise adoption in legal environments.

Lead end-to-end management of Fortune 500 accounts, build C-suite relationships (CLOs/GCs), own P&L and ARR targets, drive adoption of Eudia's AI legal platform, coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery, and advocate product value to secure retention and expansion.

Lead new business capture and growth across aerospace and defense primes, mid-tier suppliers, and defense tech firms. Own enterprise pursuit cycles from prospecting through negotiation and signature, build executive relationships (GCs, CCOs, compliance, CISOs), shape capture and commercial strategy, secure multi-million dollar ARR, and articulate value to legal, contracts, and security stakeholders.

Own end-to-end pursuit and growth of Eudia's Federal Civilian business: source and close multi-million-dollar deals, build senior relationships across legal and acquisition leaders, define account and capture strategies, select contract vehicles and manage teaming, drive ARR through new wins and expansions, and represent Eudia at industry and agency events.
