Conduct cybersecurity control, vulnerability, software assurance, and risk assessments supporting a ballistic missile defense program. Apply RMF concepts, perform compliance and threat analysis, conduct gap and maturity assessments, develop security documentation and reports, and support vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and control development. Use tools including Nessus, Nmap, ACAS, and eMASS. The role is onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, requires an active DoD clearance, and may involve up to 10% travel.

Supports NASA contract IT purchasing compliance, procurement requests, service agreements, renewals tracking, vendor coordination, asset data maintenance, metrics, and compliance deliverables. Uses ServiceNow and business productivity tools to track CITRs, purchase requests, contracts, and renewals while coordinating with technical personnel, procurement teams, customers, and vendors. Requires accurate documentation, regulatory awareness, communication, organization, and cross-training within the Business Office.

Provides administrative and coordination support for NASA EGS program boards, panels, reviews, and working groups. Manages agendas, meeting logistics, invitations, minutes, action-item tracking, presentations, attendance records, controlled unclassified information access, and document archiving across SharePoint, TechDoc, ICE, and Wiki platforms.

Reviews, edits, and rewrites NASA policy documents, manuals, and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, grammatical quality, and adherence to style guides. Develops and publishes digital content through content management systems, coordinates reviews with subject matter experts and creative teams, integrates feedback, manages multiple priorities, and supports reporting and stakeholder communications for NASA safety and mission assurance organizations.

Develops and manages NASA project schedules, integrated master schedules, proposal and lifecycle schedules, and schedule status packages. Performs schedule health assessments, metrics, trend analysis, probabilistic risk analysis, uncertainty and sensitivity analyses, critical path assessments, and what-if evaluations. Integrates contractor schedules, optimizes resources, collaborates with technical teams, and provides scheduling guidance for evolving aerospace program requirements.

Provides independent government oversight and technical assessment of contractor-led software modernization, architecture, algorithms, testing, documentation, Agile and DevSecOps practices. Reviews modernization strategies, software requirements, designs, interfaces, verification, validation, configuration management, and baseline control. Collaborates with hardware, systems, cybersecurity, and program management teams throughout acquisition milestones and technical reviews. Supports software risk assessment, testing readiness, and Modular Open System Architecture activities at Peterson Space Force Base.

Develop and manage enterprise architecture frameworks supporting IT strategy and mission goals. Responsibilities include creating reference models, assessing current and target architectures, recommending transition plans and technology policies, guiding integration and governance, documenting systems with modeling techniques, supporting Agile execution and service-oriented architectures, and advising stakeholders. The role supports DoD space and missile-warning programs at Peterson SFB and requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and approximately 10% CONUS/OCONUS travel.

Leads enterprise systems engineering test and verification across complex aerospace programs. Provides technical authority for requirements, architecture, integration, validation, production activities, risk management, and certification strategy. Coordinates stakeholders, oversees production-floor integration, drives cross-program initiatives, mentors senior engineers, and influences executive technical decisions. Preferred experience includes human space exploration, NASA and DoD processes, MBSE, SysML, digital engineering, flight hardware lifecycle, and spaceflight certification.

Provides responsive technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, software, and applications. Installs and upgrades software, supports video conferencing and loaner equipment, assists remote and VIP users, documents helpdesk issues, troubleshoots faults, and escalates unresolved problems. The role also coordinates software licenses and follows IT procedures while delivering strong customer service.
