Leads Enterprise Growth Executives and Growth Managers responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding high-value law firm partnerships. Owns new, retained, and expansion revenue; sales performance; forecasting; pipeline quality; client health; account growth; handoffs; hiring; coaching; and performance management. The role requires managing both sales hunters and strategic account managers, developing executive-level client relationships, and ensuring accurate CRM and revenue documentation.

Manage a portfolio of law firm clients as a strategic account owner, driving retention, revenue expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, manage churn risks, develop 90-day growth plans, and coordinate internal teams. Success is measured by revenue retention, expansion revenue, client health, business review completion, and operational execution.

Provides on-site help desk and technical support for hardware, software, accounts, networks, peripherals, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include ticket resolution, device deployment, user onboarding and offboarding, Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID administration, inventory tracking, documentation, basic security review support, and escalation of complex issues. The role requires strong customer service, confidentiality, prioritization, and flexibility for occasional after-hours work.
