Support the Business Unit Controller in accounting and FP&A: prepare monthly management reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, SOX compliance and audits, analyze P&L and balance sheet drivers, manage transactional flows (O2C, P2P, MTO), and lead process improvements and staff development.

Provide supplier-focused manufacturing engineering support to improve supplier performance, lead technical reviews, PFMEA, control plans, audits, root cause analysis and corrective actions; coordinate cross-functionally, support supplier capacity and documentation, and travel extensively for on-site oversight.

Lead and execute mid-sized projects or portions of larger programs to meet contract requirements. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, suppliers, and project teams; maintain customer communications; develop change-management documentation and project standards; support proposals and follow-on business; and ensure cost control and project performance while complying with DoD security requirements.
