Manage the operational activities of staff and accounts in large commercial segment to achieve profitability and ensure quality standards. Responsibilities include setting performance goals, coordinating account strategies, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing staff performance and department education.

Serve as the branch office front desk and administrative hub: greet visitors, manage calls, handle mail, support policy/billing tasks, process basic AP/AR paperwork, maintain supplies and common areas, set up new hire workspaces, assist events and managers with administrative support.

Provide client service and account management for personal insurance accounts: review coverage, prepare quotes and applications, maintain agency system data, handle transactions and premium collections, develop client relationships and generate new business from existing accounts and leads.

Manage and service commercial insurance policies and renewals, build relationships with clients and underwriters, prepare submissions, proposals and binders, handle large complex accounts, pursue payments, and assist Account Executives with underwriting and coverage analysis.
