Sell P&C insurance by generating prospects, identifying client needs and coverage gaps, preparing submissions to insurers, and supporting clients through the full lifecycle. Build and lead a niche practice, maintain prospect lists, perform warm/cold outreach, collaborate with internal teams for client service, and meet new-business and retention targets.

Manage and retain a book of large, complex commercial lines clients by processing renewals, new policies, and policy changes.
