Prepares management reports, conducts monthly Regulation P and withdrawal audits, maintains aging and loan fund reports, reviews client inquiries and complaints, records meeting minutes, gathers subpoena documentation, researches asset valuations, and supports compliance activities and special projects.

Serves as the primary contact for assigned business relationships, providing customer service, product education, account and transaction support, correspondence routing, issue resolution, and training. The role maintains product knowledge, supports compliance requirements, identifies growth opportunities, strengthens existing relationships, and develops new business through professional communication and relationship management.

Solicits residential mortgage business through relationships with Realtors, builders, developers, branches, and community organizations. Maintains knowledge of mortgage products, rates, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements. Represents the bank at community events, delivers financial education presentations, and completes required lending, CRA, BSA/AML, and other compliance training.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Special Assets Department by coordinating payment arrangements, maintaining loan databases, preparing correspondence and reports, processing loan adjustments, performing quality reviews, scanning files, and communicating with customers and loan officers. Completes required BSA/AML and compliance training while supporting accurate documentation and reporting.

Processes distribution transaction documents accurately and promptly, including IRA required minimum distributions, recharacterizations, conversions, and secondary distributions. Follows up with customers for missing documentation, performs document quality control, establishes payment transfers, and routes completed files for further processing. The role also requires compliance training, basic accounting knowledge including general ledger processing, Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Reviews customer due diligence questionnaires, identifies risk factors, processes CDD/EDD and OFAC watch-list alerts, validates customer risk ratings, supports onboarding, escalates complex cases, and assists with testing risk scenarios while adhering to BSA/AML and regulatory requirements.

Administers and supports business applications across banking lines of business, including security groups, workflows, configurations, monitoring, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, testing, upgrades, and production support. Partners with business and information security teams to optimize application usage and implement approved changes. Provides technical support, participates in vendor user groups and training, assists with computer operations, and mentors Applications Administrator I staff.

Processes and images new and trailing deposit account documents, indexes records, identifies missing documentation, tracks exceptions, and verifies account-opening compliance with Customer Identification Program requirements. The role supports branch staff through phone, email, and ticket responses, maintains exception records, monitors product documentation criteria, and completes required BSA/AML and compliance training.

Reviews real estate appraisals and prepares in-house property evaluations to support safe, sound credit decisions. Assesses valuation methods, assumptions, conclusions, regulatory compliance, and bank policy adherence; communicates deficiencies to appraisers and tracks corrections. Manages appraisal systems, conducts exterior property inspections, documents findings with photographs, mails valuation reports, and completes regulatory and BSA/AML compliance training.

Manages commercial and consumer loan portfolios, including underwriting, loan presentations, annual reviews, renewals, increases, payment monitoring, borrower negotiations, and loan closings. Ensures approved terms are followed and portfolios align with client goals and risk tolerance. The role also requires compliance training, financial analysis, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
