Manage and execute publicity campaigns for fiction and nonfiction titles across multiple genres. Write press materials, pitch local and national media, coordinate author appearances and events, cultivate media relationships, handle author care, report campaign results, and coordinate with global publicity teams.

Temporary one-year publishing administrative role supporting copyright registrations, collecting author contact and banking information, organizing title and contact data, performing online research, and general administrative tasks to ensure consistency across the division. Reports to the Manager, Editorial Development and works hybrid from Greenbelt, MD office.

Support the Academic Editorial team with shipping, Library of Congress submissions, data updates, peer-review administrative tasks, course and picture research, and coordination between editorial and design. 15–20 hours/week, hybrid with at least one in-office core day.
