Sell Atlas roofing products to contractors, dealers, distributors and builders across the Dallas/Fort Worth territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, promote products and promotions, gather market intelligence, support distributors, follow up on quotes, resolve complaints, provide sales materials, and report results to regional management.

Responsible for designing, estimating, and executing capital and process improvement projects in a manufacturing plant; ensure environmental and safety compliance, troubleshoot production issues, manage contractors, and lead cross-functional teams to improve reliability and performance.

Lead the SUV division engineering function, develop strategy and multi-year capital plans, manage engineering and project management teams, drive R&D and innovation, implement QA and project management processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, and evaluate/implement engineering technologies and automation.

Manage accounts receivable: apply cash receipts, reconcile accounts and bank advice, investigate delinquencies, collect past-due balances, resolve deductions and invoice issues, support audits, maintain AR documentation and portals, run credit reports, and assist rebate-related customer inquiries.

Field-based sales role focused on building relationships with end users, distributors, and fabricators across a multi-state territory. Drive product promotion, manage quotes and credit documentation, attend trade shows, resolve complaints, track market trends, and meet sales goals while traveling within the assigned territory (approximately 25%).

Support the contractor engagement roadshow by assisting with event outreach and coordination. Make outbound calls to contractors to promote events, confirm attendance, and strengthen customer engagement. Represent the company professionally. In-office three days/week, six hours/day from July to September.
