Lead design, build, and production bring-up of robotic systems for manufacturing. Own controls, motion, and robotics logic; integrate vision/ML, PLCs, and factory control systems; support lamination, material handling, and automated trimming alongside mechanical engineers.

Train and iterate custom ML models on manufacturing and design data to estimate cost and complexity, generate designs, and extract structured data from engineering documents. Build end-to-end pipelines from data cleaning and labeling through training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to source datasets and identify opportunities to improve workflows with custom models.

Own and support production machine automation systems (ovens, autoclaves, integrated equipment). Troubleshoot and resolve field issues, maintain automated systems, and continue development of new robotics and automation features as R&D transitions to production.

As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you'll assist in building an automated factory, working on electrical systems, control design, and robotics, while collaborating with various engineering teams.
