Define HIL strategy and fidelity, integrate hardware and simulation models, develop automated test frameworks and CI/CD validation, support debugging and system validation, and transition HIL-validated systems to flight test while guiding engineering teams across programs.

Lead design and development of directional communications and data-link systems for Coherent Distributed Networks. Drive RF/beamforming, time-transfer, GPS-denied positioning, DSP and radar algorithm development, prototype hardware, simulations, field tests, and mentor junior engineers. Work onsite in El Segundo or San Diego.
