Develop RF/DSP algorithms (beamforming, time-transfer), optimize real-time implementations on software and hardware (C++, Python, MATLAB, FPGAs, DSPs), model and simulate radar systems, plan field tests, mentor engineers, and deliver system requirements and technical reports. Onsite in El Segundo or San Diego, CA.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a radar product line by managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and cross-functional teams. Serve as primary customer POC, oversee contractual deliverables, manage budgets and resources, handle scope changes, and report program status to leadership. Coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD. Work onsite 4-5 days/week; travel up to 15%.

Design, implement, and integrate complex FPGA designs for next-generation radar sensors. Support RTL development, simulation, place-and-route, timing analysis, hardware integration, and deployed customer systems. Collaborate with software teams, validate FPGA functionality, and work on-site in Hawthorne, CA.

Lead development and validation of advanced passive RF geolocation algorithms (TDOA, FDOA, interferometry). Build high-fidelity simulations, implement real-time software on DSP/GPU/FPGA, integrate with RF/SDR hardware, define RF/timing requirements, and support system calibration and field validation. Collaborate across engineering, production, and business teams; travel up to 30% and work on-site multiple days weekly.

Lead development of passive RF geolocation algorithms (TDOA, FDOA, interferometry) from first principles through simulation, real-time implementation, integration, calibration, and field validation. Build high-fidelity simulation environments, quantify performance under real-world impairments, and partner with hardware and systems teams to define RF/timing requirements and support field demonstrations.
