Design, build, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop test benches for effector platforms. Integrate high-fidelity simulation models and hardware components, develop automated test suites and regression frameworks, debug hardware-software interactions, maintain test infrastructure, document procedures, and support transition from HIL validation to integration and flight testing.

Lead design and development of directional communications and data-link systems for Coherent Distributed Networks. Develop RF/DSP algorithms (beamforming, time-transfer), optimize real-time implementations on software and hardware (C++, Python, MATLAB, FPGAs, DSPs), model and simulate radar systems, plan field tests, mentor engineers, and deliver system requirements and technical reports. Onsite in El Segundo or San Diego, CA.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a radar product line by managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and cross-functional teams. Serve as primary customer POC, oversee contractual deliverables, manage budgets and resources, handle scope changes, and report program status to leadership. Coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD. Work onsite 4-5 days/week; travel up to 15%.

Design, implement, and integrate complex FPGA designs for next-generation radar sensors. Support RTL development, simulation, place-and-route, timing analysis, hardware integration, and deployed customer systems. Collaborate with software teams, validate FPGA functionality, and work on-site in Hawthorne, CA.
