Maintain barcode-tracked records, ensure traceability and documentation, manage staging and putaway, drive dock-to-stock efficiency, track receiving metrics, and coordinate with procurement, quality, and production to resolve discrepancies.

Lead and maintain the company's trade compliance program ensuring ITAR, EAR, and related export controls. Manage export classifications, licensing (DECCS, SNAP-R), restricted party screenings, audits, and training. Collaborate with Engineering, IT, BD, and regulators to secure systems and ensure regulatory adherence.

Lead capture efforts for DoD and USG labs by identifying early-stage R&D opportunities, shaping technical approaches, building pipelines, driving proposals/white papers, coordinating internal teams, and transitioning lab-sponsored R&D into operational sponsors and follow-on funding. Engage customers in-person and align engineering roadmaps to customer needs.

Lead U.S. Air Force market research, capture planning, and RFx/proposal development to secure defense contracts. Perform competitive analysis, qualify opportunities, develop win themes, translate customer priorities into product requirements, and coordinate with engineering and BD teams. Attend customer events and support strategic pipeline and opportunity-specific capture efforts.
