Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure backend services and infrastructure that ingest and distribute real-time sensor data. Implement IaC, automation, observability, and resiliency, collaborate with software/hardware/systems teams, and shape platform architecture for high reliability, low latency, and operational readiness in mission-critical environments.

Manage contract lifecycle and legal operations: review, draft, and negotiate NDAs and commercial agreements; build CLM workflows; manage DocuSign and document repositories; triage intake; track metrics and outside counsel spend; improve templates and processes; identify AI tooling opportunities.

Lead post-signing M&A integration: build and execute 30/60/100-day plans, run cross-functional workstreams, track synergies and risks, resolve post-close diligence issues, and develop a repeatable integration playbook.
