Lead hands-on mechanical integration of ruggedized electronics, effectors, and mechanisms into ground- and sea-mobile platforms. Own design from concept through production and sustainment, create 3D CAD and ICDs, perform structural/thermal analysis, lead qualification and installation activities, liaise with customers and suppliers, and resolve field integration issues.

Lead Senate-focused government relations to secure policy support and appropriations for CHAOS technologies. Build legislative relationships, advise executives and program teams, represent the company on Capitol Hill, and coordinate political/PAC engagement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a radar product line by managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and cross-functional teams. Serve as primary customer POC, oversee contractual deliverables, manage budgets and resources, handle scope changes, and report program status to leadership. Coordinate engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and BD. Work onsite 4-5 days/week; travel up to 15%.

Design, build, and maintain Palantir Foundry-based data pipelines and backend services. Onsite presence required 3+ days weekly in San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Design, implement, and integrate complex FPGA designs for next-generation radar sensors. Support RTL development, simulation, place-and-route, timing analysis, hardware integration, and deployed customer systems. Collaborate with software teams, validate FPGA functionality, and work on-site in Hawthorne, CA.

Lead U.S. Air Force market research, capture planning, competitive analysis, and RFx/proposal development. Align customer priorities with product roadmaps, attend customer engagements, and support cross-functional teams to win multi‑million dollar federal awards.

Build and maintain HR dashboards, ensure data accuracy, develop data pipelines, analyze workforce trends (headcount, attrition, DEI, engagement), partner with leaders on hiring and retention, evaluate people programs, automate reporting, and improve HR data architecture and governance.
