Manage music catalog migrations from acquisition intake through DSP distribution. Responsibilities include staging metadata and assets, validating content against DSP guidelines, resolving discrepancies, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, tracking multiple concurrent projects, reporting status, and improving migration workflows. The role requires digital music distribution experience, DDEX knowledge, expertise with complex metadata and media formats, spreadsheet proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Manages end-to-end onboarding of music publishing catalogs from deal handoff through steady-state administration. Coordinates transition plans, catalog ingestion, metadata validation, rights and royalty transfers, registrations, CWR deliveries, and remediation across PROs, sub-publishers, and digital endpoints. Serves as the operational contact for partners and sellers while collaborating with M&A, Royalties, Legal, Finance, and Business Affairs. Tracks risks, deadlines, registration completeness, pipeline income, and process improvements across multiple concurrent transitions.

Identifies, evaluates, and executes acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, label and publishing opportunities across music, entertainment, media, and technology. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, market mapping, relationship development, financial and commercial diligence, valuation, financial modeling, investment thesis development, risk analysis, and preparing recommendations for senior leadership. The role also collaborates with M&A, Finance, and Strategy teams through diligence and transaction execution.

Support A&R by researching artists and songs across social platforms and DSPs, compiling YouTube analytics, tracking artist leads through the funnel, assisting relationship-building with creatives, gathering song files, and performing administrative tasks.

Manage daily global cash position and liquidity, run cash forecasting and variance analysis, execute payments/transfers/FX, administer bank accounts and TMS integration, report to leadership, and identify banking fee savings.

Support recording sessions by assisting clients, running errands, maintaining studio cleanliness and etiquette, completing manager-directed projects, troubleshooting equipment and signal flow, and demonstrating strong time management and professionalism.
