Serve as primary client contact for account maintenance, cash management, reporting, and onboarding. Coordinate with advisors, planners, and operations to resolve issues, prepare paperwork, schedule meetings, document CRM interactions, and mentor associates to support client retention and growth.

Provide comprehensive advisory services to high-net-worth clients, generate business through referrals and marketing, expand territory, support Senior VP/Regional Director, develop advisor teams, coordinate with portfolio management and operations, document interactions in CRM, ensure compliance, and participate in firm initiatives to drive business development and client retention.

Lead creation and delivery of customized financial plans for high-net-worth clients, manage planning processes, mentor associates, improve workflows, support M&A integration, and develop new service offerings while maintaining strong client relationships.
