Lead and manage engineering programs from planning through LRIP and field deployment, owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate resources, forecast financials, support proposals and capture, and improve internal processes to transition prototypes to production while ensuring compliance with export controls and contractual requirements.

Design components and assemblies, support fabrication and integration, resolve cross-discipline issues, develop test plans, and collaborate with electrical, software, and systems teams to ensure reliability, manufacturability, and field supportability.

Design and develop mechanical systems for unmanned ground vehicles and robotics: create CAD models and drawings, build prototypes, support testing, specify COTS, ensure manufacturability, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to move designs toward production.

Design and document mechanical components and assemblies for aerospace/defense robotic systems using SolidWorks. Produce 3D models, detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly docs, and engineering change records. Support prototyping, production handoff, supplier reviews, and manufacturing troubleshooting to ensure producible, reliable hardware.
