Provides front-desk and general administrative support, including visitor management, calls, mail, deliveries, meeting logistics, office and supply organization, scheduling, data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and event coordination. Responsibilities include quality planning, process control, AS9102 first article inspections, configuration management, nonconformance disposition, root cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality, audits, QMS compliance, risk mitigation, and quality metrics. Senior-level duties include approving verification plans, leading audits, making hardware disposition decisions, and driving cross-functional process improvements.

Leads technical execution for multidisciplinary development of in-space propulsion systems, engines, and components. Manages development plans, work packages, milestones, technical risks, baselines, changes, documentation, reviews, and customer deliverables. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, quality, suppliers, customers, and program management to align technical objectives, resources, cost, schedule, and priorities. Drives technical decisions and complex issues to resolution while providing technical leadership across aerospace hardware programs.

Lead systems engineering for rocket engine and thruster development programs, translating customer mission needs into requirements, architectures, verification plans, and delivered hardware. Drive trade studies, requirements traceability, technical risk closure, system integration, gated design reviews, qualification and acceptance testing, failure investigations, and cross-functional alignment among customers, suppliers, and engineering teams.

Coordinate and support multidisciplinary hardware development for in-space propulsion from requirements through production readiness. Manage technical planning, design integration, test, documentation, and issue resolution while partnering with program management and customers to align requirements, schedule, resources, and technical decisions.
