Manage full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and purchase orders. Interpret FAR/DFARS, ensure compliance and flow-downs, support proposals and source selection, monitor supplier performance, maintain audit-ready procurement files, and coordinate with technical, legal, and finance teams to mitigate contractual risk and support audits and CPSR readiness.

Lead design and development of complex in-space propulsion components for hypergolic rocket engines. Drive system-level architecture, CAD and drawing production, BOMs, manufacturing collaboration, analysis (thermal/stress), risk mitigation, testing, and mentor engineering teams while shaping company-wide technical execution.

Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain data acquisition and control software for propulsion testing using NI LabVIEW (including FPGA and Real-Time). Interface with sensors, instruments, and control hardware; implement communication protocols; ensure software development best practices, safety, and long-term reliability; mentor teammates and guide architecture and technical decisions.

Lead architecture, design, and development of data acquisition and control systems for propulsion testing. Mentor engineers, develop LabVIEW (including FPGA/Real-Time) applications, integrate sensors and instruments, manage hardware-software interfaces, enforce software standards, and champion safety and long-term system reliability.

Lead planning and execution of liquid-fueled propulsion test campaigns: define test strategies, configure test stands and instrumentation, direct real-time operations and anomaly resolution, analyze test data, maintain procedures and safety protocols, mentor junior staff, and support facility and GSE upgrades and failure investigations. Onsite, hands-on role requiring extended shifts and PPE/SCBA use.
