Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, events, and sales materials. Create and edit campaign copy, maintain brand consistency, support SEO and content scheduling, collaborate with marketing operations, design, events, sales, and video partners, and review campaign performance to optimize future content. The role also involves market research, content repurposing, calendar management, and using AI tools to improve creative workflows.

Engage mortgage brokers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to build relationships and generate business. Understand broker needs, recommend financial products, answer loan-status questions, maintain opportunities and pipeline data in Salesforce, promote company products, monitor expiring rate locks, and provide exceptional client service. The role includes structured training and mentorship and is fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale.

The Account Executive will cultivate relationships with mortgage brokers, drive loan volume, provide training, and ensure exceptional service throughout the lending process.
