The Office Manager oversees daily operations, manages vendor relationships, supports onboarding, maintains inventory, assists leadership, and organizes events while ensuring compliance and a productive work environment.

Perform detailed post-closing reviews of residential mortgage files to ensure completeness, investor compliance, and loan salability. Identify and clear documentation deficiencies, coordinate corrections with internal and external partners, manage collateral and trailing documents, support investor delivery and purchase resolution, and drive process improvements and audit responsiveness for Non-QM loan products.

Manage mortgage loan closings from clear-to-close through funding for first and second liens. Review files for completeness and regulatory compliance, prepare closing documents, coordinate with borrowers, title companies, attorneys and internal teams, resolve title and file-level issues, maintain records, monitor pipeline to meet SLAs, and stay current on closing/disclosure regulations and best practices.
