Process and review purchase orders and invoices, reconcile accounts payable, maintain vendor records and W-9/1099 compliance, assist month-end close and accruals, manage payments and discounts, respond to vendor inquiries, and review employee p-card transactions.

Drive system-level analysis, PCB and schematic development, SPICE simulations, networking (Ethernet/CAN/serial), and sensor data acquisition. Oversee lab and at-sea testing, troubleshoot complex failures, mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional integration with mechanical and software teams.

Lead structural design for autonomous surface vessels from concept through prototype and production. Create 3D CAD models and ASME-compliant 2D drawings, perform hand calculations and FEA, run design reviews, support prototyping and procurement, and produce technical reports.

Design and analyze autonomous surface vessel hull forms, structures, and mechanical systems. Perform hydrodynamic and stability analyses (resistance, propulsion, seakeeping, maneuvering), CAD modeling, weight management, and structural design. Support integration of autonomous navigation/control systems, conduct model testing and validation, participate in design reviews, and produce technical reports and client presentations.

Produce clear user and system documentation for autonomous surface vessels. Work with engineers and stakeholders to translate technical specs into user-friendly guides, maintain docs, ensure adherence to standards (including DoD where applicable), manage multiple documentation projects, and iterate documentation based on feedback.

Lead identification, negotiation, and execution of multi-year partnerships across defense and commercial maritime sectors. Build senior relationships, structure agreements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor sector trends to drive product and company growth.

Lead EHS efforts across design, manufacturing, commissioning and testing for autonomous surface vessels. Perform design reviews, FAT/SAT, MOC, risk assessments, program development, and EHS metrics to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvements.
