Lead production engineering to establish and scale shipyard manufacturing: define build strategies, block construction, heavy-lift and transport engineering, production processes, and a Facilities Production Manual. Translate vessel designs into manufacturable work packages, support facility startup and industrialization, drive process standardization, and collaborate across engineering, operations, automation, and facilities to ensure predictable production flow.

Manage schedules, budgets, logistics, and requirements for Forward Deployed Engineering projects; coordinate field operations, vendor contracts, BOMs, and cross-functional stakeholders; run design reviews, track risks and resource constraints, and improve operational processes to scale international deployments.
