Support ASV program execution by translating customer objectives into roadmaps, tracking cost/schedule/quality metrics, producing reports and dashboards, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring contractual compliance, and improving program management processes.

Manage design, packaging, calibration, environmental hardening, testing, vendor engagement, production readiness, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring engineers and ensuring technical rigor.

Develop and maintain dimensional control systems for large ship structures, establish measurement standards and tolerances, implement metrology (laser scanning, total stations), integrate as-built data with digital models, support production for accurate block assembly and erection, perform root-cause analysis of fit-up issues, and coordinate with welding, QA, and design teams to reduce rework and ensure predictable modular construction.

Design, implement, and optimize embedded system software for autonomous surface vessels using NixOS. Integrate with hardware, implement controls and sensor fusion, optimize low-bandwidth networking, test and validate software, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and document designs for maritime environments.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to assigned departments: coach managers on org design, performance, employee relations, retention, succession planning, and develop workforce strategies. Lead engagement, feedback, and change initiatives; use HRIS and data to inform decisions and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Lead company-wide FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, executive reporting, scenario and capital allocation analysis, partnering with business leaders and accounting to drive scalable planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain software across embedded, systems, and application layers for autonomous maritime platforms. Interface with sensors, actuators, networking, and onboard compute. Design distributed services, improve performance, reliability, and observability, and support lab and field testing alongside cross-functional teams.
