Own and administer the enterprise ServiceNow platform, developing scripts, workflows, integrations, ITSM and ITOM modules, CMDB, asset management, catalog solutions, access controls, and portal enhancements. Lead deployments across environments, improve automation and user adoption, provide Tier 3 support, document solutions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Manage technical risks, configuration baselines, documentation, readiness, and change control while supporting demonstrations, customer engagements, and acceptance events. Translate requirements and field feedback into executable actions and product improvements.

Designs, deploys, and manages enterprise network infrastructure across global locations. Responsibilities include administering Cisco and Aruba environments, securing Palo Alto firewalls and VPNs, monitoring network health, troubleshooting complex issues, leading upgrades and segmentation projects, integrating cloud and hybrid environments, maintaining documentation, and supporting security compliance and audits.

Lead the full proposal and capture lifecycle for autonomous maritime defense programs, from strategy and requirements analysis through submission. Coordinate engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, executives, and other subject matter experts to produce compliant, persuasive proposals. Manage schedules, deliverables, deadlines, documentation, and compliance while balancing multiple bids. Support FAR-based procurements, OTAs, CSOs, and DoD acquisition organizations including NAVSEA, the Army, SOCOM, and DIU.

Owns end-to-end execution of the Marauder autonomous surface vessel program, including cost, schedule, scope, quality, customer contracts, production-rate shipbuilding, mission-package integration, risk management, and sustainment. Leads cross-functional teams across production, engineering, software, mission services, and field engineering while managing government stakeholders and balancing production throughput with mission flexibility.

Lead the full lifecycle of international defense contracts across FMS and DCS channels, including structuring, negotiation, administration, modifications, performance monitoring, compliance, and closeout. Partner with government, foreign defense, legal, finance, compliance, and business development stakeholders. Advise on export controls, technology transfer, procurement requirements, pricing, risk mitigation, warranties, offsets, and international anti-corruption obligations.

Leads electrical quality activities throughout new product introduction, including quality planning, DFMEA/PFMEA, risk mitigation, product and process validation, first article inspection, supplier quality integration, nonconformance resolution, root cause analysis, and QMS documentation. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure reliable, compliant, and manufacturable electrical products from prototype through production.

Leads mechanical quality planning and execution throughout new product introduction, including FMEA, validation, control plans, inspection strategies, first article inspections, supplier quality integration, nonconformance resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, engineering drawing, GD&T, and QMS requirements while supporting products from prototype through production.

Operate and maintain the Marauder autonomous surface vessel’s engine room and marine engineering systems. Perform machinery repairs, oversee safe equipment operation, remain on call during missions, manage spare parts inventory, support the Planned Maintenance System, and ensure reliable engineering support for mission execution. The role requires a U.S. Coast Guard Chief Engineer credential, STCW/OICEW certification, maritime medical and TWIC credentials, physical fitness for marine work, and willingness to work a 28/28 rotation.
