Elicit and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies; coordinate delivery across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and collaboration platform teams; manage risks, dependencies, and integration touchpoints; maintain traceable documentation and recommend process improvements.

Lead product marketing for autonomous maritime platforms, shaping positioning, messaging, and collateral for defense and government audiences. Partner with product, growth, BD, and creative teams to produce proposals, web copy, visual assets, campaigns, and trade‑show strategy. Measure and iterate on marketing effectiveness to support capture and sales efforts.

Deploy, debug, and improve autonomy software for autonomous surface vessels in real maritime environments. Integrate sensors and hardware, troubleshoot networking and control issues, analyze mission data to optimize autonomy, and collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams to adapt systems to operational needs.

Develop and execute electrical test plans from requirements through validation; perform board, subsystem, and system-level verification; design and maintain automated test equipment and scripts; integrate lab instrumentation; troubleshoot failures; document results; collaborate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to transition validation into production.

Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, establish project management standards, oversee portfolio health, resource allocation, risk escalation, and drive organizational scaling, stakeholder alignment, hiring, and continuous improvement.
