Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, adapts to changing requirements, and mentors less experienced engineers. Work includes ruggedized systems, harsh environments, dynamic mechanisms, and autonomous systems.

Leads budgeting, financial baselining, variance analysis, and performance reporting for internal investment projects. Partners with project leaders and management to establish budgets, monitor revenue, fees, cash flow, and KPIs, and communicate financial insights through project and quarterly reviews. Supports business cases, investment decisions, audits, deliverables, and special projects while applying accounting principles related to fixed assets, useful life, and depreciation.
