Lead development of system concepts, architectures, requirements, and test concepts for defense and space systems using MBSE and digital engineering. Support concept-to-deployment activities including simulation, HWIL, integration, verification, and interface management while engaging customers, mentoring teams, and driving risk mitigation and design improvements.

Lead design, development, and verification of high-reliability digital electronics (processor/FPGA boards, low-power designs, advanced packaging). Define hardware architectures, build and test prototypes, prepare manufacturing documentation, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and support proposals and business development for mission-driven projects.

Lead system integration and test activities from concept through certification. Plan and execute functional simulation, subsystem and system integration, V&V, performance and acceptance testing; identify risks and mitigations; produce technical reports; present results; mentor junior engineers.

Ensure products meet quality standards, investigate issues, assist process improvements, lead failure analysis, and mentor engineers in quality engineering.
