Serve as a technical expert throughout enterprise sales cycles for Hammerspace’s data platform. Partner with sales teams, account managers, specialists, and channel partners to understand customer needs, design storage and cloud solutions, lead evaluations and benchmarks, deliver technical presentations, respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, and secure technical wins. Provide expertise in distributed storage, file systems, networking, Linux, cloud-native architectures, containers, and competitive storage technologies while supporting new business and revenue growth.

Lead quality assurance for storage and filesystem features, designing test strategies, executing system, stress, regression, and cross-functional testing, and developing automation. Collaborate with developers, tools teams, and customer support to improve testability, reproduce issues, and debug defects. The role requires expertise in NFS, SMB, NAS filesystems, Linux, Windows, VMware, shell scripting, Python, packet capture, test infrastructure, and release management.

Own global enterprise sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue execution for Hammerspace’s NVIDIA AI Data Platform. Develop and close complex AI infrastructure and data-platform opportunities with large enterprises, coordinating account executives, NVIDIA, OEMs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and partners. Lead executive discovery, business-case development, proof-of-value initiatives, negotiations, and production adoption while positioning solutions for generative AI, RAG, enterprise search, and AI infrastructure use cases.

Lead channel strategy and partner ecosystem development across the Americas’ Western Region. Recruit, onboard, train, and manage VARs, system integrators, distributors, and technology alliances. Drive joint business planning, demand generation, pipeline growth, performance optimization, and channel revenue attainment. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, business development, alliances, and customer success teams while expanding markets in AI, cloud, HPC, and storage. Represent the company at partner and industry events, with up to 40% regional travel.

Own the technical sales motion for Kubernetes-focused storage and data-platform opportunities. Design and run proofs of concept covering data attachment, performance, failover, and application access. Enable account sales engineers on Kubernetes discovery and container-platform POCs, collaborate with platform engineering and SRE teams, provide technical workshops, surface product gaps, and escalate blocked opportunities. The role supports specialty deals rather than owning geographic accounts, new-logo hunting, or broader Field CTO architecture.

Develop and maintain technical product and solution content, partner materials, competitive intelligence, sales enablement tools, messaging, and campaign support. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and technology partners to translate complex enterprise infrastructure, AI, storage, and high-performance computing concepts into compelling materials for technical and business audiences. Independently manage multiple projects, coordinate reviews, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Embed with strategic accounts to design and deploy data architectures that accelerate AI/ML and HPC workloads. Build custom integrations, debug high-speed networks and storage, collaborate with engineering to convert field fixes into product improvements, and identify expansion opportunities while managing technical stakeholders.
