Manage corporate development activities across acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Build financial models, valuation analyses, market assessments, and investment cases; coordinate cross-functional diligence; support transaction structuring, negotiation, signing, and closing; and develop integration and value-delivery plans. The role partners closely with the CFO, executives, Board, and external advisers while using AI tools for research and diligence and establishing repeatable corporate development governance.

Own the CEO’s integrated professional and personal operations, including calendars, travel, meetings, wellness, household and office administration, vendors, payroll, expenses, documentation, and immigration matters. Build automated scorecards, reporting rhythms, and AI-enabled workflows that make task status visible and reduce manual work. Coordinate support staff without formal authority, resolve issues independently, maintain discretion, and ensure environments, events, finances, and recurring operations run reliably.

Own day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, month-end close, technical accounting, budgeting support, internal controls, SOX-aligned readiness, audits, tax filings, and multi-entity consolidation. Lead accounting staff, improve processes, and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows. Build financial dashboards, analyze large datasets, manage NetSuite, investigate anomalies, and advise leadership on financial performance and compliance.

The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, build financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and deliver reports to stakeholders while collaborating across teams.
