Requires electrical, mechatronics, controls, or electronics expertise; PLC proficiency; control algorithm knowledge; technical documentation skills; and 20–25% travel.

Lead global sales and marketing strategy for ZTR's railway technology solutions. Manage key customer relationships, expand market reach, oversee sales processes, budgets, and KPIs, mentor commercial teams, drive global business development, present forecasts to executives, and participate in strategic planning and international expansion activities.

Manage and grow client relationships across a U.S. region for rail-focused engineered products. Identify and pursue new business, forecast sales, deliver tailored technical demonstrations, support prospects through implementation, upsell and cross-sell, negotiate renewals and contracts, monitor market trends, and represent the company at trade shows.
