Leads People Operations and HR strategy in partnership with the COO and leadership team. Oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, succession, leadership development, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, performance management, compliance, employee relations, organizational change, and HR technology modernization. Uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, manages benefits vendors, develops the People Operations team, and aligns workforce initiatives with organizational growth, financial priorities, and federal contractor requirements.

Leads multidisciplinary data engineering and research projects supporting sleep physiology and wearable-device modeling. Designs and maintains multimodal data pipelines, ETL workflows, schemas, databases, cloud infrastructure, and machine-learning data products. Oversees data ingestion, cleaning, performance optimization, governance, documentation, and regulatory support while mentoring engineers and analysts. Translates scientific hypotheses into scalable engineering solutions, communicates progress to leadership, and provides technical oversight across the full data ecosystem.

Provide project financial and contract control for government contracts: forecasting, cost reporting, ETC/EAC, accruals, vendor/subcontract reviews, audit support, and closeout activities while ensuring compliance with DoD cost and contract regulations.

Manage federally funded awards end-to-end including budget oversight, negotiations, compliance, subrecipient monitoring, proposal support, award start-up and close-out. Supervise and train award administration staff and provide financial reporting and stakeholder support.

Manage all aspects of research award administration: budget and financial oversight, award negotiation and compliance, subrecipient monitoring, proposal support, project set-up and close-out, and supervise/mentor award administration staff while supporting business development and stakeholder engagement.
