Prepare and manage high-quality prime and subconsultant proposals and SF 330s; coordinate proposal elements and go/no-go decisions; maintain Cosential CRM and marketing materials; create graphics, ads, and content; research leads and produce reports; coordinate events, awards, press, and social media; review junior coordinators' work and support business development and client/vendor communications.

Lead pavement planning, design, construction oversight, condition inspection, rehabilitation recommendations, and reporting for roadways, airports, and parking facilities.
