Designs and commissions hardware, software, and network controls for commercial Building Automation Systems across new construction and retrofit projects. Responsibilities include interpreting plans and specifications, developing sequences of operation and manuals, applying value engineering, assessing project financials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating with sales, mechanical engineering, field operations, customers, and management. The role supports HVAC control integration and energy-efficiency initiatives.

Sell HVAC and mechanical contracting services by developing customer relationships, prospecting retrofit and tenant-improvement opportunities, generating $1.5M–$2.5M in first-year sold revenue, building a qualified pipeline, collaborating with estimating/engineering/operations, and managing projects to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and quality.

Provide high-level, proactive support to the President of Building Services: manage complex calendars, draft executive communications, coordinate meetings/events and offsites, prepare briefings and presentations, track action items, support strategic projects, and improve administrative systems to enable leadership decision-making and organizational alignment.
