Lead and manage government proposals for the Department of Defense, overseeing the proposal lifecycle from planning to submission, ensuring compliance and quality.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary systems integration and test team. Own test strategy and execution across board, subsystem, and system levels for hardware, optics, embedded software, and integrated ATARS capabilities. Develop test plans, environments, automation, and verification artifacts; drive anomaly resolution, root-cause analysis, metrics, and readiness reporting. Partner cross-functionally and support field, manufacturing, and supplier test activities (up to 10% travel).
