The VP Global Operations will drive operational leadership, build treasury backend infrastructure, manage US market entry, advise on compliance, and handle legal affairs at Tensec to facilitate its expansion across markets.

Design, build, and ship full-stack fintech features end-to-end. Work on cross-border payments, compliance automation, AI-enabled financial systems, stablecoin integrations, resilient infrastructure, and UX. Collaborate with product and design, prototype rapidly, harden solutions, maintain CI/CD and monitoring, and resolve production issues.
