Create branded film clips and trailers for social media, support asset creation and community engagement, research digital and competitive trends, develop content marketing ideas, assist at New York events, and organize or export marketing materials.

Supports MUBI’s US communications and publicity efforts for films, productions, releases, brand activities, and awards campaigns. Responsibilities include coordinating talent logistics, tracking press coverage, managing inquiries and screener requests, maintaining calendars, creating invite graphics, tracking RSVPs, taking meeting notes, and assisting with office tasks. The role requires strong writing, attention to detail, teamwork, and interest in independent and international cinema.

Support US communications and publicity for MUBI releases and brand activity across festivals, premieres, theatrical and streaming launches. Coordinate talent logistics, press screenings, awards campaign tasks, and event staffing. Pitch press, track coverage, manage budgets/invoices, collaborate with Marketing and Distribution, and assist/manage US Communications intern.
