Partner with data center operations leaders to design org structures, manage shift workforce scheduling and fatigue, handle employee relations investigations and resolutions, build onsite shift-based people programs, and support retention and safety-adjacent HR work across distributed sites.

Own global cash and liquidity operations, manage banking relationships, optimize working capital, lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, handle FX and multi-currency operations, implement ERP and TMS, and build/scale the treasury function in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Lead sourcing for all site-readiness services (temporary power, water, security, waste, facilities). Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, negotiate regional/multi-site agreements, and align procurement schedules with construction and operations to prevent service gaps.

Lead commercial efforts for securing data center capacity, coordinating negotiations, approvals, and deal execution while managing cross-functional teams and processes.

Lead end-to-end program management for a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered-shell data center sites. Build and maintain stage-gate frameworks, tooling, trackers, and data pipelines to provide leadership visibility across 20+ concurrent projects. Coordinate legal, finance, construction, utilities, and external developers to keep deal-to-power timelines under six months and ensure complete handoffs to delivery and operations.

The Technical Sourcer will identify and recruit the top 0.01% of technical talent, develop sourcing strategies, and design rigorous evaluation frameworks, all while collaborating with hiring managers to maintain high standards.

Lead and build the people function for rapid (10x) growth: design scalable employee lifecycle systems, implement people programs and HRIS, embed AI into people operations, partner on org design and compensation, manage multi-state and international employment compliance, and own internal communications and culture.
