As an IT Engineer, you will provide IT support, manage device fleets, optimize SaaS platforms, and maintain security processes for employees.

Serve as Fluidstack's public face at town halls, hearings, and community events; build and maintain relationships with officials, utilities, nonprofits, and stakeholders; identify and mitigate political and reputational risk; deploy community benefit programs and local hiring/education partnerships; manage external lobbyists, consultants, and PR agencies across concurrent site campaigns.

The Director, Commercials role involves leading complex commercial negotiations, managing deal processes, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities include negotiating infrastructure deals, collaborating with legal teams, tracking deal statuses, and building documentation standards.

Support financing execution across high-yield bonds, term loans, and equipment/project finance. Build and audit transaction models, analyze credit support and capital structures, coordinate legal and counterparty workstreams, produce investor/lender materials, and partner with cross-functional teams on financial analyses.

Partner with leaders to define pay strategy, own annual and off-cycle comp planning, conduct market benchmarking, design compensation and incentive programs, build compensation tools/models/dashboards, support performance and offer decisions, and translate data into actionable recommendations to retain and reward talent across the company.

Build and run Fluidstack's early careers function: design university recruiting strategy, run full-cycle hiring for interns/new grads, create internship and new-grad programs, run campus/virtual events, screen for high potential, track pipeline metrics, and build hiring infrastructure, rubrics, and playbooks to scale early talent funnel.

Lead state and local policy and advocacy for AI infrastructure in Texas: shape legislation and regulations, draft testimony and briefs, build relationships with officials and regulators, support permitting, interconnection, and community engagement to keep data center projects moving.

The Technical Sourcer will identify and recruit the top 0.01% of technical talent, develop sourcing strategies, and design rigorous evaluation frameworks, all while collaborating with hiring managers to maintain high standards.
