Build the SCADA software stack: services, integrations, and interfaces for site control systems. Integrate SCADA/EPMS with data and automation layers, own historians, alarms, trends, and event flows, and create tooling for repeatable site deployments. Own ASC 740 income tax provision end-to-end for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction datacenter company. Require production robotics experience, ROS or equivalent middleware, remote-failure engineering, enterprise integration, and hardware-software debugging.

Build services, APIs, and pipelines for an infrastructure design model; ship generative automation for layouts, routings, and configs; integrate CAD/BIM/PLM toolchains; manage model data at scale including versioning, validation, and queryability; work closely with engineering users and vendor APIs.

Own and run multi-state US payroll (salaried, hourly, shift), manage payroll close including reconciliations, accruals, and GL tie-out, handle state registrations/filings and agency notices, automate time/benefits/equity inputs, and partner closely with People and Finance.

Lead employee relations across the company: run investigations end-to-end with legally defensible documentation, resolve conflicts, coach managers on performance and conduct, identify patterns behind repeat issues and implement fixes, and help scale people operations and internal communications as the company grows.

Own and configure ATS systems, build automation for scheduling/referrals/candidate scoring, maintain hiring dashboards and funnel metrics, and design, document, roll out, and enforce recruiting processes and SLAs.
