Own hardware new product introduction programs from kickoff through rate production for racks, gear, or power conversion products. Lead adoption and rollout of an internal automation platform across functions. Run onboarding and training, embed with teams to find adoption gaps, build frontend fixes (React/TypeScript), prototype with LLM tools, measure surface-by-surface usage, and drive features to production adoption across dozens of teams.
